Krabloonik Dogsled Rides

The Ride

A scenic and exciting sled trip through the surrounding wilderness of the Snowmass/Aspen Area. One sled, which can carry two adults and a small child, is pulled by 10 Alaskan Sled Dogs. Each sled is controlled by an experienced musher during your two-hour ride.

Costs

Our half-day trips (approximately 2 hrs), include a complimentary 3-course lunch in our upstairs private dining room (alcohol and gratuity not included). Cost per adult is $265.00 and for children 3-8 years, the charge is $195.00. Children under 3 years old are not permitted on the ride.

Our twilight dinner rides leave the kennel at dusk. When you return, you are treated to a full meal in our dining room. Cost per adult is $340, and children are $270.

 

IF YOU ARE TAKING THE MORNING RIDE, YOU MUST BE AT THE RESTAURANT AT 8:30 A.M. SHARP. At this time you are required to view a short video before departure at 9:00 A.M., returning at approximately 11:00 A.M., at which time your lunch hour begins.

The afternoon ride customers MUST BE AT THE RESTAURANT NO LATER THAN 12:30 P.M. At this time you are required to view a short video after the lunch hour. The sled ride will begin at 1:45 P.M. and return at approximately 3:45 P.M.

Twilight dinner ride customers MUST BE AT THE RESTAURANT BY 3:45. Dinner will be served around 6:00.

Reservations

To confirm or hold a reservation a 100% advance deposit is required.

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, NO ONE IS PERMITTED IN THE KENNEL AREA WITHOUT THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF KRABLOONIK EMPLOYEES. WHEN ON A RIDE, EVERYONE MUST REMAIN WITH THE KRABLOONIK EMPLOYEE.
